MASCA Volunteer Program
Q. What is the volunteer program all about?
A. The purpose of the volunteer program is to get students involved in MASCA’s main functions. Being a volunteer is a great way to meet people, help out MASCA’s core functions, and contribute to your overall university experience in Melbourne, Victoria.

Q. What makes a good volunteer?
A. A good volunteer is someone who can manage their time well, someone who is organized and willing to learn. A good volunteer is also someone who is excited about being involved with MASCA and the events we organize for the benefit of the Malaysian students in and around Melbourne.

Q. How can I get involved?
A. Each May, MASCA recruits its volunteers and associates, so please look out for posters, e-mails and intranet advertisements for recruitment dates and times.

Q. If I would like to be involved with MASCA in the middle of the school year, what should I do?
A. MASCA is always looking for volunteers. If you are interested in volunteering, please e-mail the Social and Welfare Director and state your volunteer interests to them.

Q: What if I am not chosen to be a volunteer?
A: Do not worry! There are always opportunities for volunteering that come up during the year. If you do not get a specific volunteer position, the Social and Welfare Director will e-mail you with updates and upcoming opportunities to get involved.
